The St. Louis rap group Costlofobic has been making an impact on the local music scene for over a decade. One of the members of the group, Corle 2 Da has begun work on solo projects and is ready to show the world what he’s capable of. The release of the video for his single “Digital” has the attention of a lot of people online. The video was shot by Profound Media and directed by Mark Mauer from Hollow Wear.
The video begins in an undisclosed location with a Black Nissan NSX pulling up and a package is exchanged between a secret messenger and Corle 2 Da. The package turns out to be a digital box that Corle 2 Da takes to install in the internet mainframe of the World Web facility. Little does he know that he’s being watched by a surveillance camera the entire time. Corle 2 Da fails escaping the facility without being detected now and he has to thwart the sexy female agent who is tailing him. After assistance from his partner AV and a change of clothes, Corle 2 Da then manages to escape without a hitch.
Then the scene goes to Corle 2 Da and AV in a digital realm filled with colors, 3 Dimensional graphics and more sexy women. The video displays an array of the latest fashion and technology with stunning visual effects that will keep your eyes occupied from beginning to end. The futuristic rappers don’t fail to keep you entertained either. The hilarious dance moves and their interaction with the graphics and text add to the project.
The single “Digital” is available on iTunes and will be featured on the album “Movement” due to come out in the summer of 2011 from Red River Entertainment.
